: Bathroom very worn out, window wouldn't lock, slate missing from stairs making it uneven to get to unit

: The price was great. The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. They treated us as if they knew us, so it was very inviting. The rooms were a good size and had a rustic cabin like look to them. There was plenty of storage for clothes, and luggage. A microwave and minifridge which also had a small freezer within it made it very convenient to keep drinks, and food in the rooms. There was a nice sized table and chair offered in the room as well. The blankets were very warm, and smell cleaned. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in a hotel. The curtains were very nice, and offered plenty of privacy and kept sunlight out. The windows were very large so plenty of natural light and fresh air could flow through during the day. There was nice out of the way parking available. We had plenty of privacy. The food and staff in the restaurant area were amazing. The prices for food were also great. The hotel was pet friendly. A small breakfast was offered in the mornings. WiFi was available as well. There was cable with several channels.
: It needs a bit of an update, and more attention to cleanliness. The rooms had very old bulky tvs, and we had to use two different remotes for volume and channels. The rooms did not have A/C or any way to regulate temperature. The staff provided a nice sized fan for us so that was a huge plus, but if we would have stayed in the hotter summer months it would have been very uncomfortable. There was a pool area, but didnt appear to be functioning. The bathroom was very chilly, and the shower was small and dingy. There was no hair dryer available. Also, the room we stayed in smelled pretty strongly of pet urine. The carpet was old and dirty. Parts of the carpet were coming up. Underneath the beds were not cleaned well. The walls and door knobs were not wiped down the best, and neither was the phone in the room. This was a huge downside especially since we had our 1 year old who likes to crawl around the floor and play. If those things were fixed it would have been one of the best hotels I've visited.

: People were great. There was some confusion as to where the motel was, but I managed. When booking this hotel make sure you know exactly where it is located. Also the cell phone capability was poor and limited to verizon, so I would be aware of that. All in all I would rate the hotel and its surroundings very well.People in Sheridan are very friendly and helpful

: Very comfortable bed. The shower was great.
: The tv came on spontaneously every night between 3:45 and 4:00 am. Not exactly how I like to be woken up in the middle of the night. And the WIFI was practically nonexistent.

: They had a great breakfast! Staff was friendly.
: The room was NOT clean. There was food on the floor between the bed and nightstand, and beer caps in the windowsill. There was a hole in the bathroom door. We had to ask for soap and shampoo.
